Helena Marschall is a climate protection activist and a nationwide representative ofFridays for Future (FFF) in the public media. She has been part of FFF since the end of 2018 and is engaged in the coordination of numerous campaigns and projects at Fridays for Future. The 18-year-old student from near Frankfurt has co-organized the summer congress in Dortmund and was seen at the Siemens shareholder’s meeting, where she confronted the CEO Joe Kaeser.
After graduating from high school in 2020, she began her studies in economics in Lüneburg. Marschall believes that we must take all possible measures to ensure a livable future for the next generation. For her, everyone – and especially the government and companies – have to be aware of the climate crisis and immediately take action in order to reach the 1.5-degree goal and reduce the CO2 emission. Marschall has a clear mission and has advocated for her positionson several talk shows, such as “Phoenix”, as well as on the “hr-inforadio”.
