Dr. Philipp Hoff graduated with a Master’s degree from the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen in “Empirical Finance”. For over 12 years, Dr. Philipp Hoff worked as a Management Consultant at Roland Berger. Thereafter, he was Head of Corporate Development and member of the Global Management Team at PRYM. With almost two decades of transformation and management experience, he was responsible for developing and implementing group strategies, creating digital units and initiating new business models.
