Having earned an MSc in Statistics from LMU and an MSc in Management with a focus on Computer Engineering from TUM, Katharina possesses a diverse academic background. During her time at CDTM, she worked on sustainability-focused projects within agriculture and food technology, where she identified a significant gap in the sustainability of these industries. This realization led her to found adea biotech, a cultured meat startup in TUM's Venture Labs, and to establish a community around cellular agriculture at TUM. Katharina has also contributed to research projects at esteemed institutions such as Stanford and Cambridge.
