Christina Antonie Reh is a PhD researcher at WHU in the field of consumer behavior and offline and online marketing. Her recent work focuses on novel foods and sustainable consumption. After having worked in consumer goods for several years for L’Oreal, Christina co-founded two companies that foster more sustainable consumption, baybies and aiko. Aiko produces insect-protein based dog food. The larvaes used for their products are fed with food waste, which enables them to produce in a highly sustainable manner. Both Christina’s academic and startup work has been recognized by industry leaders such as Amazon, Facebook, and Google Drive. Christina will guide you through the food panel on the 1st of April.
