Johanna Ernst completed a BA in Political Science in Erfurt and a MA in Sustainability Economics and Management at the University of Oldenburg. During her studies she was responsible for the organization of the Spiekerooger climate conferences, organized disco soups and co-founded the Oldenburg Nutrition Council. After her studies she built up the education and PR department at SIRPLUS. Today, Johanna coordinates the project “mach Grün!” at UnternehmensGrün e.V. and is part of the initiative Entrepreneurs For Future.
Since 1992, the Federal Association of the Green Economy has been committed to entrepreneurs who combine responsibility for economy, environment and society in their work. As an ecologically oriented business association, UnternehmensGrün is primarily active in the field of cross-sector lobbying for sustainable economic policy. It also organizes regional networking meetings, seminars, lectures and conferences for its members.
