Frequently Asked Questions

Will the event take place online or in person?

As of now (February 2022), we are planning a hybrid format - meaning that participants can choose between online and in person. Of course there will be an elaborate hygiene concept to guarantee everyone the greatest possible safety. However, we will need to have a look at the course of the Covid-19 pandemic and what will be possible and responsible in April.

How does the application process work?

Once you book a ticket via our website, you have to pay for it. But before downloading the ticket, personalization is required. Here, you can also optionally upload your CV for participating in career events. If you might want to change some information later (e.g. update your CV), you can do this as well.

Where will I be able to sleep?

We will be able to provide our participants with free accomodation. You will sleep at WHU students appartements. Please contact us if you want to make use of a “Schlafie-Platz”. Otherwise you can choose to stay in hotels or Airbnbs in Vallendar, Koblenz or the surrounding area.

How do I get on campus?

The campus of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management is centrally located in Vallendar and is therefore easy to reach, also by bus via Koblenz. Vallendar is about one hour from Frankfurt and also one hour from Cologne by car. For more information please contact:

Where will the event take place?

SensAbility will traditionally take place on the campus of WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and the town hall located close to the campus. WHU is located in Vallendar, a small town near Koblenz in Rhineland-Palatinate.

What is special about SensAbility?

Social and sustainable business have become increasingly important over the last years. Our event takes place at one of the most renowned business schools in Germany and therefore we offer an opportunity to high-profile people to really change something in our economy.

In which language will the event take place?

Our speeches, panels and workshops will be held in English. Although we traditionally have a lot of German-speaking participants, you will have no problem without speaking German.
